The Lanzarote Aquarium is the largest aquarium in the Canary Islands, with more than one million litres of water, distributed in 33 aquariums in which hundreds of marine species can be observed and enjoyed. Lanzarote Aquarium has a great biological collection.
In it, native Canary Islands species such as the triggerfish, golden fish or "fulas", and beautiful tropical fish of different colours and forms, such as clownfish and its relation to the sea anemone, poisonous fire dragons, globe fish, funny lobsters and cleaning crabs can be found in the aquariums wide rage of species, amongst them, visitors will also be able to observe from our submarine tunnel a variety of sharks, swimming gently inside the main tank of 400,000 litres.
